This Fair Use Policy is part of Fieldwork Technical's Terms of Service. It explains what the work you receive through our platform is for, and how it should — and shouldn't — be used once it's delivered to you.
Every specialist on Fieldwork Technical is a real person working from your specific brief. What you receive is a custom-made reference piece — a model of how a particular topic, problem, or format can be approached — not a finished submission meant to be turned in under your own name without further work on your part.
By using Fieldwork Technical, you agree not to submit delivered work as your own original submission to any academic institution, employer, or other party without disclosing its origin, and not to represent authorship of delivered work as your own. This applies whether the work is submitted unchanged or with only minor edits.
Academic integrity policies vary by institution and by country, and it is your responsibility to understand and follow the rules that apply to you. Fieldwork Technical does not review or verify how you use the work you receive, and using it in a way that violates your institution's policies or local law is entirely your own responsibility, not ours.
Passing off someone else's work as your own doesn't just risk institutional consequences — it also means missing out on the actual understanding the work was meant to help you build. We'd rather you use what you receive to genuinely learn something than treat it as a shortcut.
