Who's actually doing the work

How specialists are approved.

You're trusting a stranger with real work and real money — here's exactly what stands behind a specialist profile before you ever hire one.

Every account is added individually

Specialist accounts aren't an open self-signup form. Each one is added to the platform directly by the Fieldwork team — there's a real person on the other end of every profile, reviewed before they can bid on anything.

Subject and qualification are on record

A specialist's specialties, tools, and qualification are set on their profile and shown publicly — you can see exactly what a specialist claims to know before you ever hire them, not just a generic "expert" label.

Verified status is earned, not assigned

The Verified badge isn't automatic at signup — it reflects an established track record on the platform. A new specialist's rating, completed-order count, and on-time percentage are all visible and computed from real order history from day one.

Performance stays visible after they join

A specialist's success rate and on-time score aren't set-and-forget — they update from real completed (and cancelled) requests, so a profile reflects how someone is actually performing now, not just when they joined.

Still want more before you hire?

Every specialist's profile shows their specialties, tools, qualification, rating, and completed-order count — and you can message them directly before you hire, once they've bid on your request.
